Occupying hand-carved caves or featuring vaulted ceilings, the luxe, old-world rooms have Wi-Fi, antique furnishings and flat-screen TVs. All include safes, minibars and coffee machines; some provide whirlpool tubs, hammams, fireplaces and/or balconies/terraces. Suites add living rooms.
